All stock items(non personalised) purchased from Wedding Party Celebrations are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays)
Between Mon-Thur orders that are received after 2-00 pm are deemed to have been received the following day. Orders received after 2-00pm on Friday and on Sat/Sun are deemed to been received on Monday morning.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONTENTS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. NO CLAIMS ALLOWED AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ALLOWED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.

Any shortages/discrepancies must be advised within 7 days of receipt of your order.
When returning goods, it is your responsibility that they are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition.The seller reserves the right to charge the buyer for any goods which it is unable to re-sell. All returns are at the purchaser's expense and registered mail is recommended as we can not be held responsible for item lost in transit.We cannot exchange or refund any money on items that have been used.
