Wedding Party Celebrations has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Pricing
All item prices stated are exclusive of postage and packaging
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this website, errors may occur.If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling . If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled
Discount Voucher
Discount vouchers are distributed via various promotions throughout the year. Discount codes apply to internet orders only and can not be applied to a purchase once the payment is completed. Wedding Party Celebrations reserves the right to prevent discount codes being used against certain products. Only one discount code can be used per order. Once a discount code has expired it is no longer valid.

Personalised Items
Care should be taken when submitting your personalisation instructions. Please check all spellings and details thoroughly before submitting your order. We cannot accept liability for incorrectly personalised items if your instructions were not reasonably clear.
Please note we will use our discretion to abbreviate detail if the maximum characters are exceeded.
If you wish to cancel or amend an order prior to work commencing we will make our best effort to do so. If work has already commenced then an extra charge for alterations may be incurred you will be informed prior to commencing any ammendments as per your request
Images and Text Personalisation
It is important that the customer obtains the permission of the owner of the copyright (and any other intellectual property rights anywhere in the world) for any wording or images before submitting them to Wedding Party Celebrations. By submitting wording or images the customer is permitting Wedding Party Celebrations to use them in connection with their order. You hereby agree to indemnify us in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libellous matter or any infringement of copyright, design, or any other proprietary or personal rights contained in any items personalised for you. Please note that due to the variety of monitors, colours shown are for reference only and may vary slightly from actual product. We are unable to garantee an exact colour match
Alcholic Products
We cannot sell alcholic products to anyone under 18
For this reason we may refuse to make a delivery at our discretion.

Out of Stock Products:
Stock levels are checked when you add an item to your shopping basket. In this way we hope to avoid any stock shortages, however this can sometimes occur during peak times and because of damage or short deliveries. If this happens you will be contacted and given the option of either
