If you are unhappy with your purchase, or if you have simply changed your mind, you may return it to us, providing the product is un-personalised and in its original condition / packaging, for a replacement or refund within 14 working days of delivery.

Cancellations/Amendments
If you wish to cancel/amend your order you must inform us prior to the order being
dispatched.Where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in its original resaleable condition
Cancellations/amendmends can only be accepted on personalised products if work on your order has not commenced. Because of the fast turnaround, customers are advised that production for some personalised products can begin immediately
Customers wishing to cancel/amend any order should contact us by phone immediately
For Non-Faulty Goods Returned
The purchase cost minus original postage cost will be refunded.Any costs incurred to return the item back to Wedding Party Celebrations are at the purchaser's expense.We recommend that if you are return item/s that registered mail is used as we can not be held responsible for item/s lost in transit
Incorrect /Damaged/ Faulty Item
Every effort is made to ensure that the goods reach you in satisfactory condition, Occasionally In spite of all our efforts item can be delivered that are incorrect/damaged or faulty. If the item you received is not what you ordered, faulty or damaged in transit please contact customer services as soon as possible quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.We will then advise on how to proceed with the return

Products returned because they were incorrect, faulty or damaged in transit will be refunded in full (excluding any discounts applied at time of sale) including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and any cost incurred by you in returning the item to us
Please note that the initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, incorrect orders, items damaged in transit or orders cancelled prior to dispatch
