If you are ordering an item as a gift for a certain occasion and you definitely require the item/s by a certain date please email us enquiries@weddingpartycelebrations.co.uk  prior to ordering and we will confirm if we can meet your  delivery deadline

If an order is placed where no contact with us has been made and we know your deadline can not be met you will be refunded and an email sent informing you of this

Dispatch Time

Orders are processed  in date received order  only.

Dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding Sat/Sun and Bank Holidays)

using either standard Royal Mail postal service or Carrier service depending on the order value (excluding postage)

As these are personalised to your requirements making them extra special

Stock Items

Subject to stock availability orders are normally dispatched within  2 working days but may be longer in peak periods.

• Whenever we become aware that goods will take longer than the aforementioned time frames, we will endeavour to contact you to give you the option of continuing to wait for the item, or to accept a full refund for the item in question if personalisation has not already commenced

 

• We will deliver the product/s ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received and a re-delivery fee will be applicable

 

•  If delivery cannot be made and the items are left with your local sorting office, we cannot be held responsible for items not collected from these offices a re-delivery fee will be applicable.

 

• Once items have been dispatched we cannot be held responsible for losted or delayed  but we will assist you where we can to solve the issue. Proof of posting is always obtained

 

• We will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays are incurred by causes beyond our resonable control including,without limitation

      (1) fire
      (2) severe weather conditions;
      (3) industrial dispute;
      (4) strike or labour disputes

 

• Non Delivery Item are not classed as lost until 15 working days has elapesed

 

• Redelivery fee will be calculated on a case by case basis depending on the size and quantity of item(s).

 

• You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order.

 

• For orders shipped to destinations outside of the UK the customer is responsible for any duties, conversions or taxes associated with the shipment.
